Hanson Idealease Rental Fleet

Hanson Idealease offers daily, weekly, monthly and long term rentals at very competitive rates! 

At Hanson Idealease you know you are getting to the top of the line truck as we rotate our rental inventory often.  We also spec our trucks to drive the mountain roads of Colorado.  All of this adds up to you having piece of mind with a reliable and powerful truck! (back to top)

We have several sleeper tractors with Cummins or cat power and 13 speed transmissions available with headache racks.

We have daycab tractors with Cummins power and 10 speed transmissions available with headache racks and extended fifth wheel sliding.  (back to top)

There are 24 foot vans available with e-track rails, 6 speed transmissions or automatic transmissions. All vans have liftgates and some are available with ramps.

Water trucks are available with 2000 gallon or 4000 gallon water tanks.  Our trucks are built with the top of the line pumps and tanks and are very dependable!  (back to top)

What is Idealmaintenance?
This is a service Hanson Idealease offers when you buy or lease a new truck.  For the same monthly fixed charge and a small mileage charge, Hanson Idealease will do all of the minor and major repairs and tire replacement!  A Contract Maintenance program with Idealease delivers these benefits and advantages to you: 

• Our state-of-the-art technology and expert service technicians will save you a significant investment in personnel and capital equipment to maintain your equipment.
• Get your equipment serviced during off-hours.  Our service department is open until 10 p.m. Monday thru Friday and all day Saturday which allows less downtime in your fleet.
• Assure maximum vehicle uptime.  With our custom scheduled preventive maintenance program we maximize equipment uptime.
• Fixed fee for predictable expense tracking.  You pay a fixed fee which helps you to manage your monthly cash flow and budget maintenance expenses.
• Scheduled maintenance and replacement vehicles.  You decide when your trucks are serviced, and if you decide replacement vehicles are needed – they are available!

Hanson Idealease

Full Service Lease:  A full service lease with Hanson Equipment can help to improve cash flow and increase productivity for companies that operate motor vehicles.  Our customers choose to full service lease their vehicles for a variety of reasons.  The most obvious benefit of full service leasing is the ability for our customers to focus on their core competencies while Idealease manages all maintenance issues.  At the end of the term, full service lease customers return the vehicle to Idealease, with no disposal concerns.
 

Lease vehicle specifications are carefully designed to meet the demands of the application, driving efficiency up and costs down. 

• All scheduled maintenance is included in a full-service lease.  This takes our customers out of the maintenance business, and allows Hanson Idealease to be responsible for all preventive maintenance, oil and filter changes, lubrication repairs, parts, labor and tires.
• Leased equipment can carry your company logos and colors.  Regular maintenance and vehicle washing adds to the professional image your vehicles convey to your customers and others.
• Substitute vehicles can be provided when your regular trucks needs to be out of service for a day or more.  This valuable service can be included in your lease agreement.
• Predictable costs are another advantage of a full-service lease.  Your monthly lease payment is a fixed expense, and the sales tax can be included in the lease payment.  Establishing a vehicle lease can require as little as $800 to $2000 versus the thousands of dollars required in down payment to purchase a vehicle.

Depending on your company’s financial position, leasing can also offer tax advantages.  Your tax advisor can help you to examine the tax advantages of leasing.
